Danny Gans spent the majority of his youth working towards his goal of becoming a professional baseball player. After a career ending injury forced Gans to go in another direction he turned his focus toward a career in the entertainment industry. He soon became known for his spot-on impressions and wonderful singing voice. After touring across the country performing for corporate customers, he starred in his own one-man show on Broadway. In 1995, Gans brought his Man of Many Voices show to Las Vegas were he remained a headliner at several casinos including the Stratosphere, Mirage, and Encore.
Gans was voted “Las Vegas Entertainer of the Year” by readers of the Las Vegas Review-Journal from 1997-2008. He also had the opportunity to work with legendary performers Bill Cosby, Danny Thomas, and Merv Griffin.
Danny Gans passed away in 2009 leaving behind his beloved wife Julie and children Amy, Andrew, and Emily. Aside from his successes on stage, Gans was also known for his support of a wide variety of charitable causes in the greater Las Vegas area and for his strong faith in God.
